| 摘 要： | 现代化是一个科学文化进步、经济发展、政治制度与社会结构变革的整合过程。本文从一个城市推进现代化的过程出发，重点研究了率先实现现代化问题，全面建设小康社会问题，推进城市工业化步伐问题，加快推进城市化步伐问题，以及抓好市场化建设问题。
