摘    要:对当前两种跳高基本技术原理3H体系与4H体系进行了综述,认为3H公式在二维平面中直观揭示了跳高基本原理,以3H公式为核心的3H体系是科学的基础理论体系,随着运动技术与研究手段的发展其研究内容会不断扩展,不断深入;在3H公式基础上引进HJ4形成的4H公式及4H体系中的H4因素是的确存在的,但H4因素却是原3H公式及3H体系中H3的一个细化。由此可知,4H公式及4H体系对3H公式及3H体系并无实质性发

Abstract:A review, discussion and analysis were made on the two basic technical principles the 3H system (H=H 1 H 2-H 3, James High, the late 1960s) and the 4H system (H=H 1 H 2-H 3-H 4, Yang Jin-sen, the late 1990s). It is concluded that the 3H formula audio visually reveals the basic principle of high jump in two-dimensional space and is a scientific and fundamental theory system. With the development of sports techniques and research methods, it will be improved. The 4H formula formed from H 4 which comes on the basis of 3H formula and the H 4 element in the 4H system do exist, however, the H 4 element is only a delicate branch of H 3 in the former 3H formula and 3H system. Therefore, there is in essence no real development in formula 4H and 4H system at all from the 3H system. Still the H 4 element can be remained as a new content of 3H system for further studies.
