| 摘 要： | 随着篮球运动的发展，参加篮球运动的人越来越多，在篮球运动中难免会发生一些损伤。本文通过对篮球运动中常出现的运动损伤机理的初步分析。提出一些相应的治疗方法和预防措施。以避免或减少篮球运动中损伤的发生。
