| 摘 要： | 科技体制改革是实现创新驱动、科技强省发展战略的重要环节.通过历史回顾与比较分析,浙江省科技管理体制改革取得了巨大成就,但仍存在问题.为促进浙江省科技与社会协同发展,需要在投入方式、创新平台、成果转化、联动机制和配套改革等方面采取措施.

| Abstract: | The reform of science and technology system is an important part to improve innovation and accomplish the scheme of developing a province strong in science and technology. The historical review and comparison show that the reform of management system of science and technology in Zhejiang province has made great achievements, but there still exist some problems. To promote the coordinate development of science, technology and society in Zhejiang province, actions should be taken in the investment mode, innovation platform, achievement transformation, coordinate mechanism and supporting reform. |
