摘    要:山脉或高原往往对物种扩散有着重要的阻隔作用,尤其对无尾两栖动物这样扩散能力较弱的动物类群。本研究扩增了贵州高原上和贵州高原外分布的沼水蛙(Hylarana guentheri)不同种群线粒体COI基因片段。在此基础上,进行系统发育分析和种群间遗传距离与空间距离的对照分析。系统发育分析表明,贵州高原两种群关系较近并和广西富川种群聚为一支,同时高原外分布的四川德胜种群和香港深涌种群聚为一支。对照高原内外种群间的遗传距离和空间距离发现两者符合距离隔离模型(Isolation by distance)。这些结果暗示了贵州高原对于沼水蛙内部种群分化有明显的隔离作用。

Abstract:Mountains and highlands are predominate geographical barriers especially for the animals with low vagility like frogs (Anura). In this study,we have amplified the mitochondial COI gene of Hylarana guen-theri ’s different populations distributed on and out of the Guizhou plateau. Based on the COI sequences,the phylogenetical analysis shows that the two populations in Guizhou had the closest relationship and then clus-tered together with the Fuchuan population in Guangxi province. The two population distributied out of Gui-zhou plateau,the Desheng population in Sichuan and the Shenyong population in Hongkong,clustering to-gether. When Distance and genetic distance among samples from Hylarana guentheri are compared,the com-parisions between plateau plopulations and non-plateau population fited the expection of isolation by dis-tance,namely the genetic distance riseds as the geographical distance increases. These results imply that the barrier of Guizhou plateau might play a important role in the separation among the H. guentheri populations.
