| 摘 要： | 根据对苏州市民就本市食品安全及特色农产品现状进行的问卷调查,梳理了苏州市农产品质量安全及其监管情况、群众对食品安全的认知度及其关注焦点、特色农产品发展现状等。调查发现,目前苏州市在食品安全方面存在的主要问题有安全监管水平一般、对食品安全违规违法行为的处罚力度不够、尚未建立统一协调的食品安全法律法规与标准体系等五大问题,经过对其原因的分析,认为可以通过建立"市民信息员"制度,对食品安全违法行为从重从严处罚,尽快对企业标准、规定进行梳理,政府进一步加大对地产特色农产品的扶持力度等,改善苏州市农产品质量安全与进一步发展特色农产品。

| Abstract: | Based concerning the safety, on a citizen survey, this paper aims to analyze the situations and problem quality and supervision of food, citizens＇ awareness and focus of food safety and the status quo of the development of special agricultural products in Suzhou. According to the analysis, the paper attempts to propose some suggestions on the improvement of them, which hopefully will be of some referential significance to an improvement of the food safety status and a further development of special agricultural products in Suzhou. |
