河南省农村中学体育教师职业倦怠状况的调查与分析

从心理学、行为学和社会学的角度出发,对河南省农村中学体育教师的职业倦怠状况进行了调查分析,旨在为教育行政部门对农村中学体育教师队伍的管理和建设提供参考依据．结果显示：河南省农村中学体育教师已经产生职业倦怠现象,但整体上并不严重;职业倦怠程度随教龄的增加呈现先高后低的趋势,教龄6～10年是农村中学体育教师职业倦怠程度最严重的阶段;学历、职称是影响农村中学体育教师情绪衰竭、去人性化的重要因素．

An investigation and analysis on the professional burnout issues among P.E. teachers in rural middle school in Henan Provice

By documentary,investigational and visitorial methods this paper gives some analyses on the professional burnout issues among P.E.teachers in rural middle school in Henan Province from the aspects of psychology,behavior and sociology in order to give a reference to administrative departments.The result shows: The professional burnout problem has already happened in rural middle school in Henan Province,but not very serious as a whole;The degree of it is in coordination with the teaching age in the curve of an upside down "U".The most serious degree of it lies in the teaching age of "6-10";Education degree and the title of a technical post are the important influence factors in emotional exhaustion and depersonalization course.
