| 摘 要： | 在生物资源国际合作开发中，由于缺乏合理的市场化机制以及国际合作模式，使得基于生物资源而产生的惠益在发展中国家和发达国家之间没有得到合理的分配。本试图通过借用作权领域内的集体管理概念，以构建生物资源国际集体管理制度，以解决上述矛盾。

| Abstract: | Lack of reasonable marketing-systems and international cooperation modes, the benefits from utilization of biological resources could not be fairly distributed between the developing countries and developed countries in the international cooperation of biological-resource development. Based on the concept of collective-management in the field of copyright, the writer tried to construct new system of international biological-resource collective-management society to solve the problem above. |
