| 摘 要： | 轮机部船员适任证书培训在实践性教学方面(师资力量、培训设备等)存在不少问题,实践性教学的组织与实施有待改善。以教材的编写、因人施教、轮机英语听力的培训及考核评估方式等方面探讨了应对方法与措施。

| Abstract: | Many problems exist in the practical teaching for seaman competence certification training of engineering department,including the level of teacher's competence,training devices,etc.The organization and the implementation of practical teaching also need to be improved.Corresponding solutions are put forward in such aspects as textbook compiling,teaching methods,and examination and evaluation methods of engineering English listening. |
