基础教育课程功能的问题、原因与对策

摘    要:在应试教育制度下,基础教育课程功能可以分解为普及与选拔、个体与社会、适应与超越三重基本矛盾性结构。当下,这三重功能结构和功能关系处于错位、扭曲和失谐的状态。要实现从应试教育向素质教育转型的目标,必须重新调整课程功能的关系和定位。这种课程功能的关系和定位可以表述为:以普及功能为主,兼顾选拔功能;以个体功能为本体,以社会功能为拓展,立足适应功能,开发超越功能。

Problems,Causes and Countermeasures in the Curriculum Function of the Elementary Education

Abstract:Under the system of examination-oriented education,curriculum functions of elementary education in China can be divided into three basic contradictory structures of universality and selection,individual and society,adaptability and transcendence.But at the present time,the three functional structures and functional relationships have been dislocated,distorted and deprived of harmony.To realize the goal of transformation from the examination-oriented education to the quality education,we must adjust the relationship and position of curriculum functions which can be described as the following:giving priority to the function of universality while still paying attention to the function of selectivity;regarding the individual function as the essence with the social function as the extension;developing the function of transcendence based on the function of adaptability.
