| 摘 要： | 针对电大教材管理的复杂性和实际需要,综合运用数据库技术、网络技术和计算机技术,构建了基于B/S的基层电大教材管理系统.该系统已在长沙电大的管理实践中应用了将近三年,效果良好,取得了明显的社会和经济效益.

| Abstract: | In the light of the existing complexity and the actual requirement of teaching material management,this article puts forward a B/Sbased management system for regional RTUs. This system,which has been applied in Changsha TVU for nearly 3 years, is proved to be effective and thus brings about some striking economic and social interests. |
