论教师教学地位之历史演变

摘    要:文章考察了不同历史时期教师的教学地位,从原始社会的教学的自然的主人到奴隶社会和封建社会的教学的原始决策者,再到制度化教育产生后成为单纯的教学执行者,分析了教师的“执行者”地位是如何演变而来的。然后,从宏观和微观两方面论述了当今时代对教师的新要求,以及教师在教学改革中发挥的日益重要的作用,论证了教师成为教学决策者的必要性和必然性。

Abstract:This paper reviews the teachers' different teaching status in different history period.From the process of the natural teaching master to the primitive teaching decision-maker,and then to be the teaching executor,we can see how the teacher comes to the present situation.After that,the new demand on teachers at present and the teachers' more important functions in the education reform are concerned,and the necessity and inevitability of teachers being decision-makers is demonstrated.
