| 摘 要： | 高校后勤目前正处在转型时期，社会化能否成功不仅在于管理体制的变革，还在于能否对原有的组织文化进行变革、创新，建立以市场为导向的组织文化。后勤文化建设是一项系统工程，作者运用系统思考的方法，提出了构建后勤企业文化的原则和方法。
