| 摘 要： | 历史有着连续性，社会发展有其内在传承性。从中国传统伦理思想的主要特征看，中国传统伦理思想有着与弱者人权思想相容的可能性，中国传统伦理思想的“良心”观念、和谐思想和致思理路上都表现为与弱者人权的某种相容性。

| Abstract: | History is continuous and social development is hereditary. This article first expounds the main features of the traditional Chinese ethics, then gives an analysis of the possible compatibility between the traditional Chinese ethics and the human rights of the weak, and last illustrates their compatibility based on the above-mentioned concept. |
