| 摘 要： | 创新是指认识和实践过程中的除旧布新活动。各种创新行为可纳入三种普遍的创新范畴：科技创新（包括知识创新和技术创新）、制度创新与理论创新。科技创新主要解决“生产新知识”、“开发新技术”及“创造新组合”等知识的生产问题。制度创新是要改善知识的流动效率。理论创新则是一切创新活动的观念背景下外在框架。

| Abstract: | The innovation refers to an activity of discarding the old and introducing the new in the process of cognition and practice.All kinds of innovations belong to three universal categories:the innovation of science and technology,the innovation of institution,and the innovation of theory.These three innovations have different tasks and aims,namely the first one deals mainly with the questions of producing the knowledge such as "production of new knowledge","exploition of new technology",and "creation of new combination",etc;the second aims to raise the circulating efficiency of knowledge;the last innovation becomes the background of sense and an external framework for all innovations. |
