甘南民族地区实施适度超前教育的可行性

摘    要:社会主义生产关系的确立,使甘南民族地区具备了实施适度超前教育的条件。此种条件也决定了在实施适度超前教育过程中必须注意的三个问题:国家政策的干预是适度超前教育的保证;其次要与民族地区的政治、经济的发展相互促进;另外还应消除任何乌托邦的教育理念。

Abstract:The establishment of socialist relations of production provides the minorities areas in south Gansu with some conditions to have moderate lead education. These conditions call for attention of three problems. First, the interference from the national policy is the garantee for moderate lead education. Second, lead education should help to develop the political and economic development of the minorities areas. Third, any Utopian educational concept should be avoided.
