| Abstract: | If high vocational education is adapted to the popular demand, it must be to advance with time, liberate ideas, exploit innovation and build up a developing, various and characteristic equality. To deflnitude confirmation, to teach students in accordance of their aptitude, to pay attention to practice, to face grass roots, to colligate correspondence, to bring up high administrative levels, diversification, occupation and entirely developmental persons with abilities will spur our high vocational education to develop healthily, completely, correspondingly and continuously. |
