| 摘 要： | 本文针对中专转制、并轨后的现状，对旅游服务与管理（外语导游）专业的课程设置提出了改进意见。主张加大教学实践性环节力度，建议对学生进行后期分流教学，增设创业就业指导类课程（以讲座为主）。提出了实施新的课程设置方案的保证条件。

| Abstract: | This paper aiming at the middle vocational school changing system and combination,the author brings out the suggestions on improving the speciality of Tourist Service and Management curriculum.The author protests strengthening practice,and carry out later grade teaching,adding the vocational counsel course,and tells us the conditions of actualizing the new curriculum project. |
