太平天国江西农村政治研究

江西是太平天国前期主要经略基地,因而也成为其农村政治实践的重要场所。1853年到1858年太平天国在江西的农村政治表明,太平天国当局有意识依据定都天京后战略任务的转变而改变旧的统治方式。“照旧交粮纳税”就是这种统治方式转变的自然过渡形式。由于江西太平军将领留恋征贡方式的旧习惯,干扰了他们刷新传统地方行政的努力。同时江西太平军还遇到乡官缺乏地方行政经验的难题。太平天国在江西农村的政治实践,即使是不完善的,也仍然因其艰难的尝试和摆脱旧习惯的愿望,而具有自身的历史价值。

Research on Rural Politics in Jiangxi Province during the Period of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom

Jiangxi province was the main basis of former period of Taiping heavenly Kingdom and thus became one of the main practice areas to perform rural politics.Taiping's administrations in Jiangxi province possessed such will to change their administrative habit according to the change of strategic mission after deciding its capital at Tianjing from 1853 to 1858."Delivering tax grain and paying taxes as former regulation"was just such transitional system.However,Taiping's governors remained reluctant to stay their worse habit to levy the tribute,which disturbed their effort to perform traditional local administration.On the other hand,they were faced with such difficulties as the lack of administrative experience,etc.But Taiping's rural politics in Jiangxi province still possessed the unique history value because of hard effort and good will to get rid of bad habit,although they were not perfect.
