| Abstract: | The Insurance Law doesn' t clearly stipulate the limits of a third person of responsible insurance for vehicle. But in the practical work, in order to work for the interests of themselves, insurers stipulate in the terms and conditions of insurance contract:"The persons who take vehicle and members of the family of insured persons are gotten rid of outside the limits of a third person of responsible insurance for vehicle. "I think that the limits of a third person of responsible insurance for vehicle should be extended. This article proves it from both the necessity and possibility. |
