| 摘 要： | 桂圆宝饮品给小鼠灌胃,其最大耐受量达240ml/kg,按30,10ml/kg给大鼠连续灌胃30天,桂圆宝可使血液红细胞数和血红蛋白量增加,对肝、肾功能及重要脏器无病理性影响,实验结果表明,桂圆宝饮用安全.有补血作用,具有一定的保健功效.

| Abstract: | Maximum tolerance dose of Guiyuanbao by p. o in mice was 240ml/kg. Guiyuan-bao, p. o 30 days with 30, 10ml/kg, increases the amount red cells and hemoglobin in rat. It has no pathogenic effect on liver kidney and of other organs. It may prolong the swimming time of load mice; increase the serum hymolysin decreases the products of lipid peroxidation These re-sult, show that Guiyuanbao is a safe drink and has health function. |
