摘    要:目的:运动对血液红细胞的影响除了表现在理化性质发生改变外,也表现在多数人忽视的红细胞免疫功能方面.本文对此从整体方面进行讨论研究,以期能引起人们注意并为体育科学研究探索新的研究方向.方法:通过查阅大量的国内外相关文献资料,讨论、综述了运动对红细胞的理化性质和免疫功能的影响.结果:急性运动可引起红细胞聚集性增强、流动性和变形性降低,但数量的变化报道不一;长期运动训练后,红细胞压积和数量相对减少、血容量增加、细胞膜流动性增强;运动对红细胞免疫功能产生影响,不同研究报道结果有所不同.结论:运动除了对红细胞理化性质发生影响外,同时对红细胞的免疫功能也产生较大影响.

Abstract:Objective The impact of campaign to the red blood cells(RBC) in addition to the physical and chemical nature changes,but also has impact to the RBC immunizations which has been ingored by the majority of people.This paper from the overall aspects discussed with a view to draw attention to the sports science and explore new research directions.Methods Through the inspection of a large number of relevant literature,discussions,summary of the campaign for the physical and chemical properties of red blood cells and immune function.Results Acute exercise can cause the increase of the RBC's'aggregation,but the mobility and deformation are decreased.However,the report about the changes of numbers were not the same.After Long-term exercise training,there are relative decreases about hematocrit,but the hemorrhagic increased as well as the mobility of membrane enhanced.There are different reports to different researchs about the impact of campaign to the function of RBC immunizations.Conclusion The research found that campaign not only has impacts to the physical and chamical nature channges but also to the functions of RBC immunizations.
