| Abstract: | Since new China was founded,with the social and economic change and the influence of market mechanism,the change of higher education and market fluctuation are becoming more obvious. Therefore,it has great significance for the development of higher education to study the higher education changes under the theory of market fluctuation,which include structural adjustment and resources distribution,balanced development and a scientific plan. |
