| 摘 要： | 素质教育的最终目的是全面提高学生的身心素质，高师生物专业应抓住机遇，迎接挑战，积极推进素质教育概述了素质和素质教育的基本含义，根据高师生物专业的特点，从课程体系的改革，知识结构的调整，实验教学改革等四个方面论述了素质教育的实施措施。

| Abstract: | The aim of quality education is to improve physical and mental quality of the students.The teachers of biology department in higher normal colleges should grasp the opportanity and be ready for the new challenges in order to push on the quality education.By studying the implication of quality and quality education and considering the features of biology department of higher normal colleges,the auther offers the solutions to carry out the quality education involving the reform of courses system and lab teaching and adjustment of knowledge stucture etc. |
