摘    要:利用紫外分光光度法和薄层色谱法,研究了生炭栀子中栀子苷含量的变化,通过试验证明栀子止血的有效成分与栀子苷无关,本法操作简单设备易得,便于推广.

Quantitative Analysis of Geniposide in Fructus Gardenia and Caboninzed Product
Abstract:The determination was studied by TLC and UV spectrophotometry. To explore the relationship and the fluctuation of contents of its effectire comronents - geniposides between fructus gardenia and its carbonized product. The contents of geniposide in carbonized Gardenia decreased significantly. Processing temperature could influence the content change of geniposide.
