Quantitative Analysis of Geniposide in Fructus Gardenia and Caboninzed Product |

| Abstract: | The determination was studied by TLC and UV spectrophotometry. To explore the relationship and the fluctuation of contents of its effectire comronents - geniposides between fructus gardenia and its carbonized product. The contents of geniposide in carbonized Gardenia decreased significantly. Processing temperature could influence the content change of geniposide. |
