| 摘 要： | 河南省发展粮食现代物流存在的问题是:单一功能的粮食物流作业,整体上比较落后的技术设施,居高不下的综合物流费用,不尽如人意的资源整合力度。对此,应当采取引进合作组织,加强粮食物流功能,更新设备,提高管理质量,加强政府对粮食物流的调控手段,降低成本,推动资源共享,实现资源整合。

| Abstract: | the problem of modern grain logistics in Henan province is a single function. The technology facilities is relatively backward and integrated logistics costs are too high. Therefore, we should strengthen grain logistics function by introducing cooperative organizations and up date equipment to improve the quality of management. We should also strengthen government regulation , control grain logistics cost and pro mote integration of resources and resources sharing. |
