生成学生小群体,人为性的因素很重要。本文从人为性因素分析学生小群体的生成,主要原因有：学校班级的管理制度、教师的人为作用、校风班风、学生的情感需要、缺乏社会认同、人文关怀缺失、过度竞争、共同命运体验、任务相互依赖等。

Discussing on the Formation of Small Student Groups

Human factors are very important to the formation of small student groups.This article analysis the generation of small student groups from the human factor,such as main reasons：the school classes management system、the human role of teachers、school spirit class atmosphere、the emotional needs of students,lack of social recognition,lack of humane care,excessive competition,common destiny experience,task interdependence and so on.
