美国NCACE教练员职业认证标准研究及启示

摘    要:摘要:采用文献资料、比较分析等方法,对美国NCACE教练员职业认证标准的框架结构、内容体系及特点进行了深层透析,旨在为我国教练员职业标准的制定提供理论参考。研究认为,NCACE教练员职业认证标准的制定适应了美国青少年运动参与人数持续增加的现实需求,标准体系包括领域、标准和基准3个层次;领域及标准维度的划分清晰明确、内容陈述全面;标准受众范围广泛,教练员、教育机构、认证机构和用人单位等都是其利益相关者;能够根据教练员的能力和水平进行合理的认证级别划分;标准指标体系的内容表述详细,具有很强的操作性。鉴于美国教练员职业认证理论和实践的丰富经验,结合我国教练员职业标准的研究和制定,提出了诸如加快我国教练员职业标准的研制,树立教练员专业发展理念,拓宽教练员职业标准的指标维度,以及建立合理的教练员分级认证制度等建议。

Abstract:Abstract: Using the methods of literature review and comparative analysis, this paper analyzed NCACE professional accreditation standards for sports coaches in USA from aspects of frame structure, content system, and features in order to provide a theoretical reference for the development of professional standard about sports coaches in China. The results showed that the standards meet?the realistic demand about the increasing numbers of youth sport participation. Domains, standards and benchmarks are the principal parts of the accreditation standards system.?The dimensions and contents of domains and standards are clear and comprehensive. There are many stakeholders, including coaches, institutions, accrediting agencies and employers. According?to?ability?and?level, the sports coaches can be reasonably divided. The contents of indicators are more in detail and practicality. In view of rich experience in USA and combined with the research of professional standards about sports coaches in China, this paper offered following suggestions, such as accelerating the pace of building the sports coaches standard system with Chinese characteristics, setting up the idea of coaches professional development, broadening the indicators dimension of professional standards, and establishing coaches hierarchical certification system.
