| 摘 要： | 本文结合自己多年从事竞技体育工作的实践经验,围绕怎样才能提高夺金成功率的问题提出了自己的见解.本文认为,影响运动员训练和比赛成绩的因素众多,根据不同运动员的不同特点,善于对症下药,抓住关键问题并找到正确的解决方法,才能有效地提高运动员的竞技能力.文章就如何发现问题,并在实际训练工作中有针对性地加以解决给出了具体的建设性对策.

| Abstract: | According to the author's practical experience in sports training, some valuable suggestions were given in this article on how to win more gold medals in sports competitions by improving athletes' performance in training and matches. In his opinion, excellent sports professionals should be good at finding key problems influencing athletes' performance and working out relevant solutions and schemes to them. Some detailed methods and policies on the issue were put forward and discussed. |
