| Abstract: | Based on Ecnomic mathematics theory on"margin",the paper attempts to go further into the mathematic characteristics of sexeral common problems existing in the estate management at present. It includes:the construction or a large scale of dwelling block; the mathematical understanding on the same and different views of market economy recently, the most optimized prices of fee, the most optimized area of goods management and so forth. |
