| 摘 要： | 构建教学质量保障体系既是高职院校保证和提高教学质量的有效措施,也是增强其可持续发展能力的重要途径,更是其通过人才培养水平评估的必备条件。高职院校应树立“以人为本”和全面质量管理的理念,从程序、过程、组织结构和资源四个质量体系要素构筑科学有效的质量保障体系。

| Abstract: | Constructing teaching quality guarantee system is not only the effective measure to guarantee and improve the teaching quality of higher vocational institutes, but also the important approach to strengthen sustainable development, even the essential condition to pass through the level evaluation of talent training. Higher vocational institutes should build up the "people oriented" and all - round quality management concept, construct scientific and effective quality guarantee system from four factors of quality system: program, process, structure and resource. |
