A College Counselor Performance Evaluation Method Based on VAHP- OWA

Counselors are the backbone of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The college counselor routine performance evaluation to reflect their work performance is an important job to keep their stable development.The paper builds a counselor performance evaluation system under the development concepts which including quality indictors,duties indictors,achievements evaluating indicators,and presents a new method based on VAHP-OWA to evaluate this system.Our case study has shown that the VAHP-OWA method is easily understood and operable,which makes it a practical and effective approach for the college counselor routine performance evaluation.
