对师范生免费教育政策中若干问题的分析

Analysis of Some Problems Concerning the Policy of Free Tuition for Students in Normal Universities

Free tuition for students in normal universities puts an end to charging system in university since 1997.More attention should be paid to new questions in implementing the new policy.The "free meal" should not only be enjoyed,but much attention should be paid to its quality so as to make the education a catalyzing strength in order to promote social development and enhance the social cultural value.
