高职"双证书"教育与课程接轨的探索——兼谈高职生物技术专业学生食品检验职业技能的培养

根据高职生物技术专业的培养目标,我们把食品检验技能作为本专业的培训和鉴定的职业技能。实现“双证书”制。为此,建好“双师型”教师队伍是学生技能培养的有效保证;建好实训基地是保障技能培养的基础条件。要改革教学计划,使其与“双证书”教育要求接轨,并把职业技能教学融入到日常专业课程教学之中。要组织管理好集中培训工作及考评工作。同时,“双证书”制度要与时俱进,最终达到让学生获得“双证书”的目的。

The Connection of "Double-Certificate" Education and Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges

According to the training goal of biology technology major in higher vocational colleges,we regard food exam skill as professional skill of this major's training and identifying for realizing "double-certificate" system.Therefore,building "double-qualification" teaching staff is the effective guarantee for training students' skills,and building training base is the basic condition of guaranteeing skills' training.The teaching plan should be reformed for the connection of "double-certificate" education,and professional skills' teaching should be conducted in the daily major courses' training.Meanwhile,"double-certificate" system should develop with times for gaining the final goal that students get "double-certificate".
