| Abstract: | This article expounds intension and meaning of scientific evaluation .The principal methods of scientific evaluation be discussed and compared of .The authors point out that are methods of qualitative and quantitative evaluation ,which are trade-appraisal and quotation analyses ,comprehensive evaluation is developing trend about scientific evaluation .Stressed on that important significance to objective and fair about evaluation ,which are sociology principle and internal or external supervision mechanism. |
