The Challenge Faced by China''''s Athletic Sport in Its Sustainable Development

This article,in terms of athletes' environment of survival,reviews both the advancement and problems that elite sports teams in China have achieved and faced in the area of academic education. It also points out that the causes of difficult recruitment, shortage of potential sports talents and unsatisfactory post-athletic job assignment that threaten the sustainable development of Chinese athletic sport,lie in the misunderstanding of major training principles. Through analysis of the disadvantages of long hours of training,it calls upon improved training quality and better training efficiency.
