| 摘 要： | 在新一轮人才培养模式改革中,教师教育观念的更新应与学生学习观念的更新同步,教法的改革才有意义。高师人才培养应根据新的教育理念,着眼于学生的发展,研究怎样使学生学会学习。通过分析高等师范院校学生学习方式存在的问题,针对基础教育课程改革的要求,探究如何改进学生的学法,以提高师范院校人才培养的规格。

| Abstract: | In the new round of reform of patterns of talented people training,a new notion of teacher training must keep pace with a new notion of students' opinions on learning.Only in this way can we make the teaching methodology reform meaningful and significant.Training of talented people in normal universities,in accordance with new educational notions,must have students development in mind and aim at investigating how to make students know how to study.Through analyzing the existed problems related to students' ways of study in normal universities,and in view of the requirements of curriculum reforms in the field of elementary education,this paper discusses how to improve(students') way of study so as to raise the scale and standard of the training of talented people in normal universities. |
