| Abstract: | Because of the influence of the nationbased way of thinking,there are obvious disparities between Chinese and foreign scholars' cognition on such aspects as motives for borrowing,foreign debt goals,the foreign debt influence and so on.By reviewing the history of academic research and taking into consideration the researchoriented differences as well as the judgment disparity of foreign debt and economic relations,this paper aims to probe into the potential impact of the nationbased consciousness on historical research,and further points out the fact that this kind of nationbased consciousness is not only the product of real political environment,but also of some links with the nationalistic thoughts in history. |
