| 摘 要： | 对社区的研究，一直是社会学的一个重点。在落实“五统筹”的科学协调发展观和构建和谐社会的过程中，社区的建设与生态建设相结合，是城市建设中愈来愈重要的一个问题。在生态城市概念的框架下，提出了生态社区建设应该考虑物质环境、非物质环境和居民活动行为等三个方面的相互作用和影响这样的观点，针对城市社区的特点，提出了生态社区区别与传统社区的三性，即“社会性、地域性和共生性”，阐述了城市生态社区的构建特点与内容，并总结了一套城市生态社区构建的程式与不同类型城市生态社区构建的具体措施。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the general theory of the construction of eco-communities is studied,the guideline to the practice of urban eco-communities has been investigated.A system for eco-community which consists of physical environment,non-physical environment and habitant's activities has been put forward.The character of the urban eco-community launching has been pointed out and a model of the urban eco-community launching process has been presented.Some pertinent measures and suggestions are proposed herein for different urban eco-communities. |
