Upholding the Party's Ideological Line is the Radical Requirement to Carry out the Spirit of the 16th National Congress of the CPC

Emancipating the mind, seeking truth from facts and keeping pace with the times are President Jiang Zemin's new summaries and expositions to the Party's ideological line in the report made at the 16th National Congress.
