| 摘 要： | 我国现行立法中包含了社区矫正制度的有关规定,实践中,社区矫正制度自2003年正式试点以来,也取得了明显的成效。社区矫正符合创建和谐社会的目标要求和宽严相济的刑事政策,但目前我国社区矫正制度还存在诸多问题,需要从观念、立法、体制三个层面加以完善。

| Abstract: | China's current legislation contains the community correction system.In practice,the community correctional system has achieved remarkable results since 2003.Community correction conforms to the requirements of creating a harmonious society and combining leniency with severity.However,there are many problems in community correction in China presently,which need to be improved from the aspects of ideas,legislation and structure. |
