科学发展 质量立校 建设高水平的教学研究型体育大学——关于武汉体育学院“十一五”发展规划的思考

制定武汉体育学院“十一五”事业发展规划时,必须正确认识学校面临的发展形势、发展机遇,以及各种困难和挑战,贯彻落实科学发展观,以提高质量为中心,坚持走科学发展、内涵发展、稳步发展的道路,按照“一个中心、两个目标、六个重点”规划学校发展蓝图,着力提高教育质量和科研水平,控制发展速度,改革办学模式,加强学科建设,强化教学管理,提高科研水平,整合竞技项目,全面增强学校核心竞争力和提升综合实力,朝着高水平的教学研究型体育大学迈进。

Building a high level sport teaching &research university with scientific development and best quality

In compiling the eleventh five year plan of Wuhan Institute of P.E.,there should be a correct understanding of how the school will develop and what challenges and difficulties might be faced with.First,it is necessary to carry out the scientific viewpoint of development in an all-round way and center around the improvement of quality.And according to "one center,two objectives,six emphases" to plan the blueprint of the school,(efforts) should be made to improve the educational quality and scientific level of the school,to control the speed of the school's development and reform the mode of running the school.(Construction) of the discipline and teaching administration should be strengthened.The level of science and technology should be promoted.The sports events should be integrated.The purpose is to better the school's core competence and(comprehensive) power and build a top teaching and research sport university.
