“1234”人才培养模式的改革、创新与实践

摘    要:人才培养的方法和途径有很多,北京工业职业技术学院法律文秘(速录)专业结合自身工作,形成了独具特色的“1234”人才培养模式.即坚持以“强化速录技能”为主线;形成“院院合作、院会合作”的育人主体;构建基于3种能力的课程体系;通过4种证书的获取提升学生的就业能力和可持续发展能力.结果表明:这种创新型的人才培养模式在提升专业内涵建设的同时也为社会培养了大批复合型人才.

Abstract:In order to solve the problems in the process of personnel training, the Department of Legal Secretary (SuLu) of Beijing Polytechnic College formed a distinctive feature of the training mode of "1234" talent. That is, adhere to the "enhanced skills" as the main line ; the formation of "cooperation, Institute of Academy of coopera- tion" educating subject; construction of three kinds of ability of the curriculum system based on the four kinds of certificates; through access to improve the students' employment ability and the ability of sustainable development. The results show that, our department personnel training mode in improving the professional connotation construc- tion but also for the society has trained a large number of compound talents.
