摘    要:随着市场竞争的加剧,产品的日趋同质化,旅行社之间的竞争集焦于服务质量的竞争,鉴于售中服务已引起旅行社的普遍重视,文章阐述了加强售前、售后服务的重要意义并提出了加强售前、售后服务的对策。

Abstract:With the aggravating marbet competition and the same quality of products day by day, competition among travel services focuses on competition of service quality. Because service on sale has been commonly attached importance to by travel services. The writer only emphasizes the importance of reinforcing service before sale and after sale, and raises the countermeasure of reinforcing service before sale and after sale.
