| 摘 要： | 城市发展的历程使人们在饱尝了生态环境遭到破坏而带来的祸患之时,充分认识到保护环境的重要性.进入知识经济时代,人们对加强环保,根治污染的呼声越来越高.只有真正把生态环境现代化放在首位,城市化、工业化的发展才能按照设计构划顺利发展.

| Abstract: | After fully suffering the disaster brought by the damaged environment, the course of civilization makes people deeply recognize the importance of environment protection. In the knowledge- economy- time, the voice for increasing environment protection and completely curing pollution is becoming higher and higher. Only putting the modernization of ecological environmentin the first place can make urbanization and industrialization go on as design. |
