主持人的话:本期继续向大家介绍蛙泳的手部技术。2)Insweep内划(图2-4)The insweep is the propulsive phase of the armstroke.内划是产生推进力的划水阶段。Once the catch has been made,the swimmer executes a large semi-circular sweep with the arms.抓水后,手臂沿一个较大的半圆形路线划水。The arms sweep downward,inward and finally up(figure 2,3-a.b.c)till they are together under the head(figure 4-a.b.c).手臂向下、向内,再向上(图2,3-a.b.c)划水,直至两臂在头下会合(图4-a.b.c)。
