陈伯达“被书记”始末中国科学院初期院党组史实辨正

在中国科学院的领导体制中，院党组一直处于核心地位。但在建院初期，院党组及其活动尚未公开，档案中也缺乏记录，在后来出现的院史文本记述中，中科院初期院党组的情况，竟然成了历史悬案。近30多年来，“陈伯达是中科院第一任院党组书记”之说几成定论。本文作者查证了迄今可见的史料，认为其说为谬传；考察了这一谬传的来龙去脉；并对建院初期院党组的任期和组成人员做了初步认定。

Why Chen Boda Was Mistaken for Secretary of CAS Analysis on some historical facts of the early party leadership of CAS

The party leadership has been the core of the administration system of Chinese Academy of Sciences（CAS）. However, at the beginning of the Academy, party leadership and its activities have not yet opened to the public, and seldom been recorded in archives. So in some later historical materials the fact of first party leadership became an unsettled question. In the latest 30 years, the so-called ＂Chen Boda was the first secretary of party leadership＂ almost became a verdict. The author believes that verdict was wrong and finds its origin by investigating and verifying all the accessible historical materials up to now.
