| 摘 要： | 发展高等职业技术教育是推进高等教育大众化的必然选择.高职高专学校的数量已占普通高校总数的58%,现代化建设的人才需求和世界高等教育的发展都表明:有必要而且可以构建高等职业技术教育的独立体系.该体系是指多科性或单科性技术型或技能型专科学校或学院.一所高职院校中,应当允许有不同层次的专业存在,可以“专升本”,但不能一哄而上.

Thinking on Establishment of an Independent Higher Vocational Education System |

| Abstract: | Developing higher vocational education is a certain way to popularize higher education. The number of higher vocational colleges is 58% of the total number of universities and colleges.Demand of modern talents and development of higher education in the world show that an independent higher vocational education system is not only necessary but also feasible. A higher vocational college may be elevated to university status, and specialities of different levels can be allowed to co-exist, but this is not applicable to all the colleges. |
