| 摘 要： | 自1959年西藏叛乱起,中印边界纠纷不断,最终于1962年发生了大规模的冲突。美国政府相当重视中印两国的这场大规模边界冲突。对于这一紧急情况,美国政府立即利用中央情报局对当时中印边界形势的发展做出评估,从一个侧面反映了美国政府在中印边界冲突紧急阶段的心理预期和应对之策。

| Abstract: | The Sino-Indian border contention unceasing since the Tibetan rebellion in 1959 leads to a large-scale conflict in 1962.The U.S Government takes it seriously and employs the CIA to estimate the border situation and development.Based on the declassified document,this article attempts to expound the estimate,anticipation and reaction of the U.S.Government during the emergency. |
