摘    要:同乡文化是中国文化的一个重要形态,经过长期的历史积淀,已经成为一种集体习惯,并伴随职工或企业的迁移不断发展,已成为企业文化创生的基础。对企业文化功能的发挥产生着正反两方面的影响,并要求企业文化以人为本,具有包容气度,多元品格。

Abstract:Cultural association, as an important form of Chinese culture, has become a collective habit after a long-term accumulation of history; moreover, it has become a hotbed of corporate culture with the development of employees or business and has both positive and negative effects upon the function of corporate culture. To meet requirements of cultural association, corporate culture must be people-oriented, generous and diversified.
